"What about this one?" my wife asked the saleswoman, holding up a padded pink bra.

"Ann," I whispered to my wife.

"It's part of a set," the saleswoman said, either not hearing me or ignoring me, "there's a coordinating thong or bikini panties plus a matching garter belt."

"Can we see them?" my wife asked.

"Ann," I whispered again.

"What?" Ann asked, turning to look at me. 

"That...that's padded."

"Most bras are," my wife shrugged.

"36C for the bra?" the saleswoman interjected.

"36C," my wife said.

"But...I...people...people will see it," I said.

"Of course they'll see it," she said, "that's kind of the point. Mother wants people to know. We're showing off your feminization, not hiding it."

"But they'll think...they'll think I'm a...a sissy,"

My wife glared at me. "Again, the point," she said. "Miss," she called after the saleswoman, "at 36C, this will show through his shirts, correct?"

"Any of our padded bras will," the saleswoman replied. "Perhaps the soft cup styles could be hidden, but no, the padded ones will be quite obvious."

"I want him to try on a set."

"Garter belt and stockings, too?" the saleswoman asked.

"Yes," my wife nodded. "I'm inclined go just go with everything in this style."

"Sorry to ask, but is he..."

My wife looked at me, smirked. "Caged? Of course," she said. 

"Sorry, just for sizing for panties, we size up if there will be swelling, otherwise true to size."

"There will be no swelling, trust me," my wife said. "Mother is quite old-fashioned in that department, believe me, no sissy in her orbit is every permitted swell."

"The old ways are the best ways," the saleswoman said, smiling at me. 

"Do you..." my wife asked.

"Of course. I started when I started here, oh, six years ago. My sissy hasn't had been unlocked in years."
