Flight
"Off to catch my flight," her text read, accompanied by a picture of her in the sundress she's wearing to meet her boyfriend. "I'll let you know when I land."
"Have fun," I responded.
"You know I will."
"He's picking you up?"
"Yea, his flight gets in before mine. Don't worry, he'll take good care of me."
"And you'll take good care of him."
"Naturally. Luv you."
So it begins!

ReplyDeleteIts that time again for her "longer break" with Evan, bringing to you the excitement and understandable nervousness these trips bring. As well as that I know you will miss her terribly as you always do. ( I think she misses you too !)
slightly surprised that since the "packing" blog, we have heard nothing from you. No words before she left on Thursday night ? No final reassurance to you Sara ?
I hope she has great time with Evan, and hope shes relieved and excited to be home on Tuesday night.

I think we've all been in a sate of anticipation knowing that Ems weekend with Evan was imminent. Not sure how it is for you, although I very much hope you'll write and tell us, but we're on tender hooks!
